(1) In order to effectively implement the management program related to the community development related to the conservation area, the protection of the natural environment of the area and the balanced use of the natural resources, the concerned conservation officer shall form a conservation area management committee in each village development committee within the conservation area as follows:-

• Chairman of the concerned Village Development Committee - Member
• People elected by the local consumers at the rate of one from each ward - Member

• Conservation Officer from among the local consumers Five nominated persons - Members (2) The Protection Officer shall nominate members in such a way that women, backward castes and social workers are represented.
  (3) The members of the committee shall elect a chairman and a secretary from among themselves. But ex-officio members cannot be selected for the post of chairman and secretary.
  (4) The term of office of the officers and members of the committee shall be five years.
